Middlebury, IN – Pilgrim International, North America’s manufacturing innovators in recreational vehicles, has introduced a new line of 2008 ultra-lightweight Pilgrim 1500 Fifth-wheels designed for easy towing by half-ton and three-quarter ton pickup trucks. The 2008 line of Pilgrim 1500 fifth wheels and travel trailers is the first ultra-lightweight trailers in the RV industry to incorporate the state-of-the-art CosmoLite seamless, composite, one-piece flooring system that eliminates the use of wood products to reduce weight and provide a stronger and longer lasting floor system. The new line-up of Pilgrim 1500 fifth-wheels for 2008 are fully equipped and manufactured in 25, 26 and 27-foot lengths.

Pilgrim’s new composite CosmoLite substrate flooring is standard equipment on all Pilgrim 1500 Lite, Cirrus and Pilgrim 1500 Lite series trailers and fifth wheels for 2008. Pilgrim’s new CosmoLite non-woven, seamless flooring is composed of a fiber and polypropylene composite to be more environmentally friendly. Along with depleting zero natural resources, it is recyclable, contains no formaldehyde and no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
